Installing ATAG updates.

I already have COD installed on my computer with all Steam updates. Do I have to remove and re-install the game before I install the ATAG updates?

Next question- where the heck do I find my "Steam Library" is this in my Steam Account or on my Computer. Searched high and low in computer under the "Steam and Ubisoft" headings to no avail. I must be thick but any help would be appreciated!!

Your Steam Library is just the list of installed Steam games. When you start Steam you should see Library next to Store on the top? If not, minimize Steam, then right-click on the icon in your bottom right windows task bar and you should be able to choose library view there.
