    DCS MiG-21bis now released!

This terrific module made by Leatherneck Simulations has been released today! First time you takeoff with the afterburners on, you can feel the sheer power of the Tumansky R-25-300 engine. In other words, this is a small gem for aviation enthusiasts that should not be missed.

No such thing as too many switches in a DCS module.

You should've seen me trying A10c for the first time. I think my brain short-circuited. Had to go for a free flight in the Tiger Moth afterwards just to clear my head.

One day I'll give it a proper go, but for now all I'll say is the red gauges look very pretty.

I appreciate the energy which went into this package... obviously a labour of love.

Now if they get around to packaging an earlier version of the aircraft with an F-4 Phantom, a F-105 'Thud', a MiG-17 and a map of Vietnam circa 1965-72, I might get excited enough to buy. But right now its a bit too limited a package for me to have much interest.

And this is what would be described as a 'simple' Jet...

This. I've wanted to have a go at a decent Vietnam era sim for ages.
