Reflector gunsight mod(s)?

The reflector gunsights in game look to be too perfect. The few that I have seen in real life never look that clean cut..sharply defined edges, well lit. Is there a mod out there to make them look more realistic/used? Not the phrases I'm looking for but probably the closest I can come. If not, any plans by TF to update them?

None that I am aware of. As far as plans to change them, not sure and would be lower on the to do list.

I fully agree with this, the sight does not look real, more like something in an arcade game.
