Re: Screenies from E69s HE111 (*8) raid last night
I was orbiting Ford airbase at 18,000 feet when the call came through - the bombers we were expecting had been spotted crossing the coast at Poole, heading north.
By the time I caught up with them somewhere north of Boscombe Down there were just four He111's left flying in formation. A Spitfire appeared from somewhere, and we shot down two bombers each. Couldn't say if they had reached their target and released bombs. After that I flew totally lost beyond the left edge of the map, but eventually found myself over an unknown airstrip (Yatesbury) with about one gallon fuel left in the tank!
