Well the Russian guys are takling orders.

They replied saying that yes, it is certainly possile to ship to the UK.

Given that my Russian is non existent im going to wait and see what happens on the US site... and keep my other eye on the European one.

    Yep...

Im still amazed nobody has made a gimabal base for this stick. The handle itself is great. As is the throttle.

but the gimbal is atrocious. It's why I want one of the VKB offerings. Something actually made to do what its suppoosed to, rather than a sort of weird half baked work around.

Uhhhggggg.... stupid stupid stupid design !!!

Because of the original gimbal design, a kind of "piston" and the sensor used is "3D" - mix X and Y axis.

A CNC gimbal for Cougar cost at more than 10 years ago ~400AUD (~300$ + 2 HALL sensors that cost ~100$ each today), but this use more simple design, with independent X, Y axis (VKB style).

Today a CNC gimbal for TMW 3D sensor will cost ~600$ or more, if made outside of China.

VirPil base, too in metal, bearings and CAM system will cost 130 Euros (140$) and is TMW compatible.

But VKB base was develop at more time, and is constantly updated based on users feedback.

It looks like North America customers will be able to order their Gunfighter on February 28th for a tentative March ship date! Sorry no news on EU dates that I have seen hopefully I just missed it.
