Changelog:
- Ligescourt target fixed.
- Incorrect grid references corrected in briefings.
- Additional airfield targets for red added at Barly (BE13.2) & Arras Saint-Liger (BI13.3).
- When airfield targets are destroyed the spawn point at the airfield will now be removed as well. This creates an interesting new approach to the mission as both sides can effectively push the opposing air force away from the front. For example, it is possible for red to eliminate all Bf 109 spawns south of Tramecourt and for blue to push the Spitfires spawns to the rear. Special thanks to 92 Sqn. Reddog for providing the code to make this work.

This map is a paradise for bomber pilots; a lot of targets and good navigation practice. I love it
Yes this map is my favorite, I cannot think of one thing I would change in it.
It really give us Bomberpilots room to operate in. We can choose targets all over the map and it is not easy to find us

Last time I played, the Spitfires got our AI bombers heading to Le Havre. The ones that survived turned before droppping.
Edit: not Dieppe, but Le Havre.

v2.1 changelog:
- Removed Br.20 from mission.
- All airfield targets are now area bombing targets & will show a % destroyed message when a bomb explodes within the airfield perimeter.
- Opened some spawn points up at Le Havre.
- Updated despawn script to remove fire effect. Abandoned planes will no longer jettison canopies.
- Removal of AI flights to test server stability.
- Added windsocks on main runways to each spawn.
This map I think is my favorite, I like to go bomb LeHavre but if I am short of time I can find something closer. Wonderful mission this . Many thanks for your effort. I just want to inform you it is highly appreciated

As indicated in the changelog I opened up some more spawn points at Le Havre. Until 4.2 is released you will probably spawn inside a small hangar at Le Havre and Dieppe. The Spitfire & Hurricane do not rotate when their engine starts like the 109 so this should not be a problem. Just hold brakes when the engine starts and taxi straight out. When 4.2 is released the hangars are removed.
I tried the new version last night and I'd say that you succeded in making better something that was already very good. Airfields as area targets facilitate altitude bombing, made more challenging by the increased amount of low clouds. No nostalgy of AI raids as there was a good amount of human bombers on both sides to feed the fighters.
Bad MK1a Spit spawn points at Le Havre (see vid). Plane flips, explodes and player killed.
The Mk1a was only available at Le Havre, previously it was also avaialble at a second base (can't remember the name) but south of Montdidier ( which was reliable regards Spawn points).

v2.2 changelog:
- Added a 4 m/s (8 knot) wind from the SW.
- Added a wind sock at every spawn point in line with the way the boards will face. The wind sock indicates the start of the runway.
- Added an air raid siren at every spawn point.
- Blocked off bad spawn points at Le Havre.
Hans can you have a look at the AAA defences at Poix Nord, they are currently situated in a field with a woods between them and the airfield, so you can't defend the field with Bofors at present!

I admit I did not consider humans using the guns. I moved the AAA into the tree lines to protect them from being destroyed as the AI see through the trees. For the time being my only advise is to turn off forests in graphics options if you want to man the guns.
Is re-fuel/re-arm enabled on this mission, if yes, is it only available at selected spawn bases?

Hiya chaps. I was flying this mission the other day, and was killed twice on spawning by friendly 'bofors'. As far as I can recall it was at two different bases, too. Has friendly AAA somehow been captured by the enemy?

Recently ive noticed this map crashes after 10 minutes into flight. It has happen 2 nights in a row. First i tought it was a coincidence, but from chat on TS seems to be frequent. Any clue on whats going on?

On my pc I was getting the message "no server found". I checked the site http://www.issteamdown.com/ and Steam was down, on both nights. Strange that it happened at the same point of the same map, but maybe it's really a coincidence.
