THIS IS THE CORRECT VERSION OF "VIRTUAL COCKPIT" WITH SERVER AND REMOTE CLIENT

ATAG_Septic's version does not work remotely, i.e. you can only use it to output gauges to a second monitor, not to a second PC (despite what the instructions say).

This is the version you want if you want your instruments to display on a second PC, for example a laptop.

This version also includes all the cockpits made available to date.

Here are the instructions for this version:

1. Extract the zip file to a folder (doesn't matter where).
2. Start VCServer.exe on a PC where you running CoD.
3. Start VirtualCockpit.exe on a second PC; select a cockpit.
4. Select remote mode.
5. Type your first PC's (where VCServer.exe running) IPv4 address (no name resolving in this version) in "Server IP". You can use ipconfig (press Win+r, type "cmd", press enter, type "ipconfig", press enter) to see it.
Also you need to check your firewall is not blocking communication on selected TCP port (8270 by default).
6. Start cockpit. If something goes wrong, you'll see error message with WinSock error code (can take some time if you use invalid IP or port is blocked by firewall).
7. Start CoD. As soon you as get in a plane, you'll see instruments.

If you get font-related errors, install the fonts inside alte-din-1451-mittelschrift.zip
