A squadronmate suggested mapping the command to toggle the stopwatch to the same button used for guns (in the Hurri and Spit). This way, one can estimate one's ammo, knowing we have about 16 seconds of firing time and checking it against the stopwatch. Am I correct in thinking the stopwatch is the small dial within the clockface? My friend has gone out of town for work for about the next month so I can't ask him.

Stopwatch work only* in BO-UK-1 (http://www.cockpitclock.com/JUNGHANS.html) (German planes) .

Since you refer to British planes, his clock is only... clock. :D

Anyway the control for BO-UK-1 stopwatch is set on (dumb) toggle mode: to the first press start count, the second press stop and the third reset... "rinse and repeat".

So, if you set the trigger to start the stopwatch (what is possible since trigger and stopwatch is in different command category) on third trigger press the stopwatch reset...

* In G-50 the clock are to wok as stopwatch to, but the command for this - like some others in this plane - is bugged.

BTW - In Su(FO)-26 the stopwatch work too, and the flight time record - in minutes/hour - although "HUD" messages repeat the sames for stopwatch... (Start, stop, reset).

Spitfire (real) clock is flight time record too (function not modeled in game for this plane).
