Bf-109 training request

Hello all!

So far I've been flying red planes exclusively (and even then, almost always spits), but Id like to learn how to fly the 109. I've tried a few times on my own, and while I manage at first, I get lost with prop pitch control very fast (among others). I also have no idea how to fly an energy fighter.

I live in France (GMT+2 at the moment), and since I'm american, english ain't a problem ;) I'm mostly free on weekends and friday nights up until 12pm local time, but I can find time for short sessions on week days between 9 and 11pm.
