Ground control

Are the vectors they give accurate? Is there any way I can solicit them to give me altitude information as well? Today I was chasing around bomber using ground control>request targets but never saw him.

And how come I can't select some options (such as '#4 air targets)?

Lastly, is there a way I can move the chat box so it doesn't impede my view of the comm options?

while holding down the left click on your mouse over chat box hit ALT you should be able to drag it then or right click and adjust fade out ect.
