ok..im downloading it now
have had it before on warthunder..where it worked right away with not much fiddling
what should i do in game with settings?

anyone got a "checklist" i could look at and also what curves are they using in the facetracker?

oh well

first time i tried this it worked right out of the box ..so to say
started game up and i was on
it was a few months back on warthunder

but now..it somehow wont start the cam?

anyone got ideas?

got hp webcam 1300...it only Works when i start the control center software or when using Skype
what is wrong now?

last time i had it installed and setup there was no problem at all

got it tracking now

is there anyone WHO knows what i have to do ingame to make it Work there?

on warthunder there was an option to do tracking..that worked
think i used game protocol vjoy in tracking client..some joystick device thing

i really didnt have to set anything then so didnt really notice

what do i have to set in this?

anyone?

Hi Porky,

welcome to the forums, I'm at work right now can't check but i think there is a tracking activation key under key bindings. look for that one.

Alternative to ftnoir: https://github.com/opentrack/opentrack look for windows binary builds it is from the same dev.

yeah..it was the protocols apparently

somehow the version i had didnt have the same as last time i tried it

i have been online and in trainin trying it out

it can be used, but have disabled several of the axes

i will only use pitch and Yaw...and then combine it with buttons for the zoom

turn off when using instruments..then using pov button on joy when its disabled


would like to hear about that open track..but that homepage..i dont know what to do..what to download

and on top if all this :)..still learning about planes and flying..thats a big task in its own

Ok glad you got it working, opentrack is very similar to ftnoir, basically uses the same gui, download the file marked 4 days old(as of this post) here:

Then use pointracker as tracker and the protocol of your choice. Set up filters and away you go. Plenty of threads for beginners around here, atag lewis will usually show up in one of these threads to say hello and provide a dozen hello links:D If in doubt, let me know
