Hi all,

I want to share with you the tool in Excel I use to map all the active keys and buttons now on Il-2 1946 and I hope on CloD and BoS as well in the future after a hardware update.

It's a key map to be printed and have it at hand while flying, showing at a glance all the functions you have assigned, in the software of any sim, to your keyboard’s keys and the buttons of your joystick and mouse. It allows showing key combinations, when up to three are involved, for any key or button. It’s easy to update functions; it has, IMHO, a clean design and it’s easy to use and print.

The .rar archive includes instructions .pdf, font type [I advice you to use this one because it get the most of the space inside every cell, text-wise] and the .xlsx excel book.

Engadin that is a very cool and useful thing for excel users.

Sadly I don't have excel, and I know I can get open office or liner office, but I refuse to put that stuff on my PC. I will have to see if I can open it in iCloud's numbers.

I know what you mean, so perhaps Google Sheets on Google Drive could be an acceptable alternative for you:

P.S. BTW I also have available KeyCode_3 & KeyCode_2, for 2 and 1 key combinations apart from the key itself. Nice if you don't use many key combinations because you get 33% and 100% more room for text in every subcell.

Hi Chief,

you are not the only one to complain about these guys at 4share.com. I too had a bad experience uploading the file - some nasty app instalation in my PC too - so, please, try to get it from this link at mediafire:
