Stutters - guns related?

I know recently there was (still is?) a bug in DCS..in MP when somebody would fire P51s guns everyone would experience stutters...now with latest version of the game I still have them in MP (WWII server) and only occasionaly like something is triggering them. Folks at chat room told me its because somebody is firing teh guns and the bug is still there....its pretty annoying, otherwise the experience was awesome.
Is there a fix for this or workaround?

Dont think so. Tried different things nothing help.

Aghh..at least its not my PC (dunno if that should make me happy right now lol)...

Would be interesting to see what would be hardware demands for new engine...
