New joystick for flying bombers (I use my Saitek X52 for fighters)
Its the Saitek Yoke with the throttle quadrant
Question: Throttle works fine being mapped in the "Axis Mode"
But !! Prop and Mixture does not. They work using "key strokes"
do theses axis NOT work in COD ?????

They do work with all/any of my sliders but I can't help with the yoke, hopefully someone can.

In case I was confusing: the Yoke works fine in all the mapped axis
the throttle quadrant is a separate piece that plugs into the yoke
the quadrant has three sliders
throttle
mixture
prop
and only the throttle works in the axis mode

Hmmm, I'm at work at the moment so can't see my settings, however I use a CH Throttle Quad with no issues so yours should work...
Prop and mixture axes definately work in the game. I have them mapped to rotary 'wheels' on my G940 Throttle.
Have you tried deleting the keyboard commands for pitch and mixture and resetting in the axes menu? Just a thought. :inq:
P.S. Happy new toy!! My birthday's coming up soon, I wonder if she'd..........

FYI
here was my issue:
The Saitek throttle quadrant has a small detent or click at the very bottom of travel for the throttle/Mixture/Prop, which is really for another keystroke whch is used for (reverse thrust) if your sim has that which COD does not
So !!! when I mapped the lever for say Prop pitch in Axis I moved the lever the whole travel which actually mapped 2 keystrokes which COD would not recognize.
The fix was to just move the lever about an inch which mapped a single stroke.
It works now
thanks to alll
