Problems with team speak/ TS notifier

Yes I been having a problem with launching TS notifier. I've allready uninstalled and reinstalled twice. The problem is tha every time I try to open TS installer, no matter if its under admin or not, It tells me that TS notifier cannot open. And when I try to open to open TS helper, my command window comes up and says team speak 3 plug in not found

As I understand it, the TS crowd no longer support programs like TS notifier in their later TS Versions.

The latest TS Notifier works just fine with the latest TS3 program. It puts an enormous drain on graphics however. I now run it on a separate (Laptop) computer.
