The XP Factor
Imagine flight simming as a religion. At the top is a class of Monks (blinding XP). Below the monks is a class of prophets/priests/ ministers (massive XP). Below them are the faithful (pitiful XP). The priests intercede with the Monks on behalf of the faithful and help the faithful understand the Monks’ needs. The Monks’ only function is to produce new hymns/chants. The chants are coming few and far between. Members of the faithful have a few old chants they really like. The priests warn the Monks have gotten word that some of the faithful are rejecting the Monks’ newest chant. The priests state that if the faithful do not contribute to a special collection to help soothe the Monks’ unhappiness the Monks will die. Further, if the Monks die, all the faithful will follow. The priests declare the matter so crucial that ANY member questioning the special collection will be banished. Unquestioned is that the priests have the XP to make it so.
