Always enjoyed the look of Blue 12 but he was missing a gruppe buddy!
So I started working on a fictional "Blue 9".

I'm using the 2004 Merrick colour swatches with some modifications (81/82 combo and 76 Green Blue for example).
The underside is partly inspired by a 1:48 Eduard D9 (late) manual I have laying around.

Dropbox link here. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/sx6joa7nye0a0f9/FW-190D9_JG6_Blue_9.rar?dl=0)

Install:

Go to \Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Bazar\Liveries\FW-190D9\
and extract the content of the RAR file inside.

There you go!

Hope you guys like it! :salute:

Is there a site where I can find "paint chips" or sample colours of the RLM colours somewhere?

Thanks,

I use scale modelling colour references, specifically the "Merrick 2004" selection.
It includes various shades that simulate the look of colour with atmospheric desaturation and wear.

Another one that is quite good but rather limited in selection (it might look too colourful sometimes):

Take note of 2 things though:

-Colours will look different per monitor.
-They are mostly guesses, sometimes judged from black and white photo's. Especially the late war colours!
