That's a great site, Doc. Wish they had stuff like this when I was in high school.

Hmmm, wish they had INTERNET when I was in high school.

Hmmm, wish they had CALCULATORS when I was in high school!!!!:bgsmile:

It has at least one glaring inaccuracy though (50,000 evacuated from Dunkirk). I'm no pedant honest. ;-)

No calculators here either. Did they give you one of those slide-rulers? I could never fathom how to use one, it remains a complete mystery. And protractors, I had a set at school but other than as a stabbing implement had no idea of their worth until using maps and navigation became unavoidable!

I figured out how to use the slide ruler. Impressed the family but never found a practical use for it.
