No joystick response after installing latest patches

Hi All. I have just installed successfully the latest patches[5] to CoD, only problem is now Cod is not seeing my joystick [ T 16000 m ] I did a reboot after installation but still no stick response ?

The stick is showing that all is well, and it works properly in BoS ? is there some box i need to tick after patch install ?

Probable was loaded a old ConfUser.ini file.

Reassign the joystick in Controls > Aircraft > Axis tab:
