I dont like of "game the game" but if one want a Spit/Hurri/Blenheim in one button instead use the awkward move back and forth of joystick throttle (the culprit is the joystick throttle that is generic and don't provide physical limitation). :P
Get Joytokey (one with Tm, CH or Saitek HOTAS don't need this, use the HOTAS software).
In game set - Keys tab - example (set keys as convenient) :
T = Boost Cut Out:On
Keypad + = Throttle War Emergency Power (this command apply 100/110% of power independent of joystick throttle or in game lever position).
Keypad - = Throttle 100% (or 90% for safety).
In Joytokey select a joystick/throttle button, click on Keyboard 2 tab.
In 1 box set:

EDIT - Instead the previous switch based on press time, use this option (rotation), is more natural, first click engage, second click disengage the Boost without need to differentiate the click.

In game, by "click" this button, the Boost Cut Out limiter (the "red lever") is set On and Throttle War Emergency Power engaged, since has no Boost limit, is in 110%/11 lbs.
Clicking again the in game throttle is set on 100%/9 lbs and the "red lever" move to Off (limit throttle course to 100%/9 lbs).
After be touching the joystick throttle lever the in game throttle move to match this - if are not in 100%.
