During my session playing at Alex Henshaw, Spit Pilot Extraordinaire, I noticed some neat sound effects when bailing out:
1) your aircraft sound properly recedes in the distance now
2) your parachute opens with a "whumpf"
3) your parachutes gently rustles as you descend
4) you land in water with an audible "splash" (or on land with an audible "ploomp")
5) the sound of your aircraft striking the ground and exploding takes the appropriate amount of time to reach your ears after you witness the distant fireball. Neat!
