JU 88 front gun

How do your remove the front gun in the 88"s cockpit?:confused!:

Go to the loadouts screen where you select fuel and bomb loads. Not the screen with the ammo types, neither the one with the bomb fuses, but the first one where you see a list of your guns and bombs.

There you can click on individual gun mounts and set them to empty.
