Hi guys, yesterday I was playing on the server and I heard several times on TS people who talked about the "deck". I didn't dare to ask but what does that means?

They're referring to the ground or wave-tops. In other words, zero feet. Often they aren't actually quite so low but they are saying it to mean that they aren't at any significant altitude. 1500 feet or 500 meters, for example.

Savage is quite right. ie. "I've got a contact. Nine o'clock, Feet wet, on the deck."

I'm assuming it's origins are Brit Naval slang but, as with most things, I'm probably wrong.
