We are hoping to have the following Beaufighter models:

Beaufighter IC Attack aircraft... Day paint scheme, equipped with two 500 lb bombs, four 20mm cannon

Beaufighter IF Fighter... Day paint scheme, equipped with four 20mm cannon, six .303 MG's.

Beaufighter IF Nightfighter... Nightfighter paint, equipped with four 20mm cannon, six .303 MG's and Radar .

However, the chances of us getting a operational player operated Radar system working in time for TF 5.0 is probably very low.

Please all hold off pointing out issues till I put out a vid tomorrow afternoon which will be for all to scrutinize and offer suggestions.

I wouldn't worry Buzz...Most of us are just over the moon to see these WIPs and certainly don't get hung up on the minor issues under close scrutiny...I for one don't even look for them...As this one I didn't notice anything...Its a WIP so its another step toward what it will be in the end and is not worth for comment from those outside the loop...Although to be fair this does look quite a complete cockpit to me...lol....Man its so good!

My hat goes off to all you fellas putting the work in....There's a lot of talent there...Big...~S~

Wow! That firepower! I remember when I used to play War Thunder :recon: the Beaufighter had .50 Cals and the four 20mms. That SHREDDED!

Yes, there are 60 round drums on the cannon. The time to reload is to be determined.

Dont overstrain guys! That is already quite a lot of aircraft for TF 5.0, keep the workload bearable and the quality high. A Hurricane IID, that again cries for mediterranean theatre.. err I mean Alaska. :thumbsup:

Could someone tell me if P-factor is modeled in CLoD? In the DCS 109 K-4 I seem to have to give a lot more rudder at high/low AoA. Well I guess it also is a DB 601 vs a DB605.. ;)

Wow for us Hurricane flyers, that would be a dream come true! I feel there is going to be alot of death and destruction over the sky's of Alaska. :-) Like what was said before take the time you need, and don't get burnt out. I know we say it alot but Thanks for everything you guys are doing and attempting to pull off for all of us. I went back, and looked at all the update videos you guys have put out..and it really puts in perspective the amount of content you guys are trying to put into this next patch. I think as time goes on some of the earlier updates and the smaller updates get lost in the shuffle. To me it looks like it's going to be a completely different game.

Yes, you are correct, but in terms of the number in service, it was not high in 1941.

In any case, we can only do what we are capable of completing... can't promise more.

Torpedoes would be welcome challenge for us bomber pilots! Lets hope some aircraft can use this. I still fly '46 sometimes just to drop some eels in the water.
