I can't join you chaps with the new patch

I can't join you chaps with the new patch as it won't run. I've tried all usual advice but nothing. I get the loading reticule icon for a second then it just disappears.

Have you tried disabling SLI? Some chaps were saying it's a no-hoper.

I was having the same issue.

I went back to validated version 1.05.
launched the game to menu, then exit
applied the patch files
relaunched the game and now running 1.09 ok

Yes, it's SLI. I needed to turn it off globally though, not just for launcher.exe.
