Simpeds (pedals) are no more...

Some of you probably heard for Simped line of products (the pedals). It was a small "factory" from Germany which manufactured, probably, the best rudder pedals on the market (after russian MK18) - Simped F16 rudder pedals. I was one of their last customers (I bought their excellent Simped Vario pro USB rudder pedals). What I like about their pedals is that they are very wide (comfortable), very precise and smooth with just about right tension. Build quality of my Vario pedals is good (better than saiteks pro flight rudder pedals I had) but could be a bit better. Its a shame the simpeds wouldnt be produced anymore.

Yes, I was in the market for Simpeds last month (birthday present) and their website said they were no longer in production. :(


I settled for Saitek Combat pedals to replace my aging, spiky non-Pro CH Pedals. They're a fine product and work very well, but they ain't Simpeds.......
