What steps to be in RAF fighter on airfield as it is bombed ?

Hi,
If I select e.g. single player quick mission airfield attack Manston and Hurricane from the aircraft on display, it then says you are escorting bombers to attack Manston yet the text lower right makes me think I will be in the RAF.

Just what settings does one choose in a dummies guide to CoD type step by step, so as to start from an Airfield as it is bombed ?

Ideally to run to aircraft start engine and scramble ?

Go to 'Extras" and then to 'Full Mission Builder' and make that mission as you like :salute:

The first RAF mission of the default campaign you are in Hurri trying takeoff face incoming Dorniers bombing.
