This Werner Schroer seems to be one of those that's never had a high quality profile nor skin, in my opinion. Just not that popular I guess. There are a few around but I just don't care for them. I need a foobar quality one :) I've always really liked it especially the Adjutant "A"

As it is from 1942 it wouldn't be a priority. The new map is for 1941.

Also, it isn't an Alaskan skin :-)

You'll probably be able to get Schroer's aircraft just by applying the appropriate markings in-game to the default desert skin :)

Let's hope Europe is not totally forgotten and we can see aircraft like these in TF5.0!
