Period log book images/layout

I'm trying to source some images of period log books for both sides, both for pilots to record their sorties in, and for aircraft maintenance histories. Ideally I'd love some blank ones, as I want to use them for background images on SoW and "fill them in" but filled in are OK as I can probably edit them in GIMP or similar.

Anyone able to help?
