I've been trying to find out where they list all the chosen Keys, Buttons, etc after you've finished making your choices in the Controls Panel, but no go. Does anyone know where they are, so I could print them out for reference while flying? Probably right in front of me but ....................!

They are in the 'confUser' file here...C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover - MOD

But not really able to print them out....As far as I know they are there and the game reads that file to show them in the 'Controls' area.....so the best thing you can do is either write them out with a pen...or take multiple screenshots and print them out...You could change them in a a program like photoshop or windows paint....But there's a lot of work there...Most folks either remember them or write them down on a piece of paper..

Just cuz yer another Cali bro, I am going to help ya! :) Do what Lewis said and use this blank keyboard map to record them.

This is the mapping I used when I started and mostly still use (my mapping also works with all single engine aircraft red or blue).:

Thanks, gents. As always, help is always available to those who ask!
I actually want to map to my X-52 stick and use this instead of the KB, so my question is, will the mapping in the game overpower the X-52 mapping or visa-versa? It will be a lot easier to print out the X-52 as a Profile but do I have to negate all the Game Mapping first after I map the Stick?

OK, mates, all is well!
I found the old Pro. file from Saitek for IL-2, so I've mapped that to my X-52, and with a little bit of adaptation I've arrived at a good Profile for CoD which I will now print out from the layout and all should be well. Many thanks for your help, guys. Anyone wants the Profile let me know, please, I'll be happy to send it to your e-mail addy.

Good to see you got that sorted. Odd in that I too use the X-52 and all the axis and other settings in the Clod set up menu just simply worked from day 1. It was just select the control in the menu and press a button or move an axis on the stick or HOTA and poof! it appeared in the clod set up menu. The key map I posted simply gives me the mapping I need outside of the X-52 set-up. Hope it all pans out well for you and WELCOME!!!!! :salute:

BTW, If your X-52 aileron and elevator inputs begin to get stuttery just start the X-52 Control Panel and leave it open while you fly, that fixes the stutters. Before I start CLoD my routine is= Start Steam, Start X-52 Control Panel, Start Team Speak and enter channel, Start and adjust TrackIR And then start CLoD. Works every time.

Thanks, Zim. Good tip there which I'll sure use if necessary. Actually, I made a completely new Pro. File by redoing the X-52 Mapping, then printed out the Mapping with the included Print Icon on the Profile Editor. Worked great. Makes me wonder why I didn't see it before................!
Must be something to do with age, I guess!

Once again, thanks, guys!
