Mark V Spitfire instrument panel for sale in Australia

Hi all, saw on our Aussie version of Gumtree that a guy has a Mark V instrument panel, reflector gunsight and spade stick (he states the spade is not original, but the fire button is) for sale for a lazy $17,000.

Just letting you all know in case you have a lazy 17k up your sleeve...

Only a couple of hours up the road from my place too. Sooo. Lose, yet monetarily soooo far.. :(

I just spent my last lazy 17k on a time share of a rainbow.

(The indigo isn't original but the rest is)

I get it every second week of June until 2018.

There is a company in the U.K...........SimPits or something similar. They build a replica Spitfire cockpit set up for simming at around £4,500.

However if if you want the spade grip control column and rudder pedals etc that is from another company and a lot more money!

Needless to say the simpit does not fit in your 'bog standard' bedroom. :thumbsup:
