Flying over France I'm sure most of us know following two questions: Damn where I am and how shall I pronounce it?
When it comes to french germans and british have very much in common: our tongues do not seem designed for a understandable pronunciation :-) From what I hear in TS in many cases the results are more creative than correct. For our french friends it must be a real pain in their ears. To stop this language raping (and in loving memory of my french great grandmother Mathilde) I set up a little language school with my french friend Jacky Ritter (JG 2).
