I have 4.12.?m with HSFX. Is this newest version compatible with HSFX? Do i Have to uninstall HSFX?

Do not change anything in your install. HSFX is not compatible with any of the stock Daidalos Team patches past v4.12.2.
You would need to create a new install from your DVD disc if you want to use the v4.13 patches.
