Hello guys! how you doing?

So... im here to ask and try to help one of our pilots. He cant connect in ATAG server only, in other servers he can connect and play normaly.

I ask him to printscreen the errors and we have this kind of erros:

Some one can help? He told me he downloaded the latest versios of framework and etc...

Hi Felipe,

Would you happen to have Coy's PC specs/operating system?

Another thing to try is make sure to have Coy shut off steam cloud, then go into the 1cSoft folder and delete his config and user.ini. (make a back up before hand) And also have Coy delete those files in his Steam/IL2CliffsofDover folder as well. Then do a steam verify to redownload those files so they are default. Then try to connect. I've seen and done mistakes myself in the config that made me get launcher crashes. But without knowing Coy's specs/operating system. Those are the only things I can suggest to try to do.

If all fails, enable logging (LOG=1) and please upload the log file and the latest dump file to be found in "My Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\cppcrash".

This way we will have a better clue of what's happening.

I was thinking about, and Bluesman said one thing could be a clue... perhaps is the Visual C++ of his computer, any versions to be indicated?

Ill try to get his logs either!

If he does a "windows update" it should download the latest automagically.

My computer have:

Mother: gigabyte gigabyte x58a-ud3r
processador: i7 3.06 ghz quadri
graphics card: Nvidia gtx 580 1.5 ghz
Memory: 12gb
System: windows 7 32bits ultimate (last update)

one more information:I also can not open server, same problem.
