You havent stated what the issue is exactly? I am not familar with that stick so in the absence of anything else to do, I did some research on many of the issues encountered with it.

Simplistic common default answers. (Problem dependant)

Option 1. Dump the profile. Go with Windows recal. (Generic Profile problem. You do lose the vibration effect)

Option 2. Dump the preferences file. (recognition issues)

Option 3. Take it apart and adjust the rail inside. Calibration issue if it goes too far left or right.

Option 4. Buy another stick. (Budget dependant).

Safest cheapest and likely most effective option in the event you do get the answers/file you seek - Option 1.

Its a shame you didn't come here before you invested in a joystick...See this thread to see what folks are using within the community...This should be a go to for any new players looking to fly CLOD who want to know what the best/budget hardware is...

Joystick Thread and Hardware (http://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7000)

You have a choice...Stay with that stick and suss it out for yourself with the help of the 'Dedicating Keys' section in the 'Beginners Guide' or buy a competitive and cheap stick from eBay and get a profile from someone in the community...To be fair everyone usually has different setups and they don't always suit every player...My guess is that even if you had a profile you would be re-setting so many keys that it would probably be just as quick to set them yourself from the get go...

My recommendation would buy a Microsoft Sidewinder 2 from eBay for £10 ($15) and use that (there is a forcefeedback version that is usually very expensive...they are good but you don't need the FFB if you are on a budget)...They last a very long time and you can get very good unused ones from eBay...The deal is that they are so good that folks who are serious about flight sims would keep one of these for a backup...You wouldn't sell one unless flight sims was just a fad...so you stand a good chance of getting a hardly used one...They are also almost indestructible...Microsoft did an exceptional job on this old sticks...They are sensitive and competitive and tough...and cheap...I cant sell this enough...If you do decide to get one make sure you get the sidewinder 2 and not just the sidewinder...The 2 version is the one I am talking about...The other one doesn't have twist rudder which is important if you don't have pedals (which are usually very expensive)...

You will do better with a form of head tracker...Most folks use TrackIR but there are cheaper ways to get a headtracker that works just as well...
