Need guidance to update COD from more than 7 months ago please.

Hi ATAG,

I just got on Steam after a 235 day break. I have looked around on the forum but didn't find what I was looking for. I want to update the sim and not lose any of my control settings. Should I just let Steam update or is it better to do a manual update?

Just let Steam do it, it won't overwrite any of your controls and settings.

It's always a good idea to back up the files anyway; just in case.
