Is that correct?

I just reinstalled whole thing and seems like I cant use old joystick axis bindings. Everything else is working with loading old .ini file.

Its not an issue for me, just letting You guys know.

Yep... you have to rebind them all. The change was made to stop Windows 10 shuffeling input devices about.
