Most probably not on any servers.
Because of the amazing range of aircraft types and maps, Il2: 1946 is still attractive to many single players.

There might be quite a lot of pilots who are not very interested in the Russian theater or the Bob (for example because there was no American participation in both).
Moving to North Africa and adding Martlets and P 40s thus seems a wise move for TFS.

The fans of the Pacific theater are still depending on 1946.

I don't think it will ever be possible to create such a wide variety of maps and aircraft in a sim that has the complexity and quality of CloD.
Far too much work for a far too small customer base.

Just installed the non steam 1946 4.12.2, and updated it with all the BAT versions uptil 5. All the others above 4.12.2 did not work on windows 10, BAT does.

I only play IL2 1946 BAT for the Pacific, carrier ops, ect. I'm tired of the Eastern Front, not because of plane type, because it's so over done. BAT mod has a very decent BoB campaign that I enjoy very much. I just wish I could get a handle on the FMB in CLoD, so I could make some campaigns but baby steps.
