September 7th, ( That's a Saturday! ) come join us for another Tiger Moth Shoot up!!

Starting at 21:00 GMT

Winners of the Moth events have a custom badge for their planes.






So if you would like to come and just watch from a spawned in plane, mark down "Spectator" and come see the action first hand over head.



Event Itinerary

- Everyone try and get on TS 15-20 min before start

- @2100GMT we will walk through the start up of the Tiger Moth (can be tricky for some) (5-10min)

- Everyone taxi to their starting spots (5min)

- Run 1vs1 (16 fight's @ 3-5min each) (50-70min)

- Take off at the same time then turn and fight to the death over the airfield.

- Team Match! (15-30 min+) If there is enough interest we'll try some 2v2 or 3v3!

- Free-For-All, for the remaining time.(Open to all if we get more than 16) (15-30 min+)

Make sure you set your gun convergence at 1000, and you do not need more than 15% fuel... makes the plane much lighter and much more maneuverable.

And stay light on the rudder to avoid spins...

Come join us as a pilot. You won't regret it. I could barely fly the Tiger Moth when first taking part in one of the events, got hammered. But I love this event so much I keep returning - T'is great fun!

Unfortunately i have exams over that weekend.. and i dont know if ill be able to make it.
2 exams a day for 3 days with sunday holiday...

It all depends on how the first few go.. hopefully, ill have enough time for a few matches if i dont 'pass out' by then.. :P

... forgive me if I slowed down the competition the other night, (... I had not yet assigned the basic commands for the tiger moth, me foolish ...:stunned:).
I still had a lot of fun! ... waiting for the next event I will apply to improve my performance!
