What do I need in order to get started with Teamspeak?

Never used it before so I don't know much about it. Do most people use headphones/microphones?

I would say that most people use headphones with a mic but you're certainly not limited to that. I play CloD through my speakers and have rigged up an old set of headphones that I just wear around my neck with the mic pointed up towards my mouth.

So all you really need is a mic and speakers/headphones; and to download and install Teamspeak.
