All game launch executibles missing

My game will no longer start from desktop .exe shortcut,
I searched in the main Steam file folder and IC Softclub folder for an exe file and found none -

The executable files have simply vanished from my computer -
The game can no longer be stared from Steam either , starting from Steam gives me "unknown reason failure"

I deleted the "appcache" folder like Steam directed me to do, closed Steam , restarted computer and that did not work -

Did you verify the game files in steam? This should set the game back to its original state and redownload any missing files!
