Dang, I thought it was gonna b a flyable 109. Well at least it's something different from another P51 to shoot at.

A bit box like in the damage modelling but the Stang FM is pretty good. I like havin to flick all the right switches and then keep that big merlin griffon right where she needs to be. At least the 109E won't be able to just nose up and climb away :)

I havent tried it yet, I have DCS Mustang, just havent had the time to get her off the ground, still learning the A-10-C lol. I might give it a shot after work.

Just remember to pull the stick back to lock the tailwheel or u'll fishtail all over the place trying to takeoff. They tell u that in the tutorial but I had forgotten and took me about a dozen crashes b4 going back to the tutorial and having my "d'uh" moment. Prop pitch, rpm & temps have to be scrupulously managed as the engine is unforgiving and will seize with no warning if not kept within limits. New version of DCS world out too now so will have to d'load the update and see how I do against the Emil.

Downloading the update now. Does the 109 come with the update or is it a seperate install? [Edit] Separate installer :D [\edit]

Hmmm! Can't say I have much stick time in the 'stang! Might have to start off from scratch!
