Hi guys just trying CEM and noticed Autopilot uses Afterburner on takeoff, but can't get any keys to assign to it, have tried various without success, so what am I doing wrong? Most others are fine IE have pitch etc working, just not the AB.

Thanks in advance.

The command you want is "Toggle War Emergency Power". That will get the "Afterburner" to work on all 109s except the E4/N; it doesn't have WEP.

stc1949, please don't call it afterburner, my ears hurt when it is referred to like that... - I know it is the 1C development which calls it that, but it is still wrong...

thanks for the info ATAG_Kellar, had that mapped but didn't realise the effect. Should be right now.

And I only called it "Afterburner" because that's what it had in game messages, so sorry about that, Oersted.

109 E-4/N has WEP (Start und Notlestiung) but pushed by throttle to the wide not by any button. Since DB601N it was used in smillar way in later engine types also. Probably firstly DB601N had only 1-minute WEP power ( 1.35 Ata 2600RPM) later it was 3-minutes limit (109 F?).
