How do you attach AA weapons to merchant ships?

For mobile ships:

1. Select the actor tab under properties.
2. Check the skin tickbox.
3. Use the cargo presets option.

For static ships:

1. Place a AA object close to the ship.
2. Manouver it so it's in the correct position on the ship.
3. Adjust the Z offset (height) accordingly.
