When I fly the Enlightened Florist Campaign (offline) my texture quality changes from "original" to "high" and then back and forth. There seems to be no frequency, no obvious reasons for that. Maybe a rig problem? Anyone else has this happening?
My specs are: i7-920 2,67GB, 8GB DDR3 1066Hz, GTX570 1.2GB, Asus P6T mobo

Problem solved!!
In conf.ini MeshShowLod must be MeshShowLod=0.:D
