hand pump

Morning all

Just learning new to this, whats the hand pump in some aircraft for ? and there appear to be lots of switches and knobs in all the aircraft that dont do anything but originally what would they do and are there plans to have them all functional

Hi Heinz
The hand pump (rhs of cockpit with black grip handle) is an emergency way to lower the undercarriage if the hydralics get shot up.
It is correctly modeled and functional in the Hurricane and comes in really useful in one mission of Heinkills RAF redux campaign. (sorry for spoiler!)
You can map some keys to it to help as well as use the mouse.

In the 109 the hand pump, lower right side of cockpit with yellow handle, is the fuel system primer pump.
