Every Saturday night we will be holding squadies or group missions. {Target missions}bombers missions with fighter escort with fighter attacks. thinking 8:00pm est

Heya Striker,

These types of events have been loads of fun. A regular thing sounds good.

Is there any chance we can work from the Server time which is set in Chicago time.

So 8pm Chicago would be 9am for me. So thats cool for me.

I'll sticky this thread since it going to be a ongoing thing.

may i ask if its possible to run this mission at 6 pm est so it is in germany midnight and not 2 am in the morning, so european pilots can join?

We have got some missions finished for these types of events, but the problem still stems from the short time until you'll have a launcher crash. It might take 40 minutes to get a group of bombers in the air and formed up together before even heading to target.

Well this type of stuff won't be too fun if everyone is crashing to desktop before you even get headed to target. To give you an idea, we've tried a simple flight of Ju88's (5 of us) in formation to target on the current mission. Usually only 1 or 2 out of 5 will be able to successfully make it to target - all because of launcher crashes. Now just imagine if we had 30 planes trying to do this in formation? I think it would be a futile attempt.

At the very least it gives us time to test and iron out the thousands of bugs we encounter all the time before we're able to host these types of missions/events.
