Has anyone got the Saitek X36 USB to work reliably in windows 8 or 8.1? I haven't played any flight sims in a long time and recently got a new comp so decided to get back into. I resurrected my trusty old MSFFB2, CH Pro-Pedals, and the Saitek X36 from which I just use the X35T Throttle part. The MSFFB2 and Pro-Pedals work like a charm in windows 8.1, no problems what so ever. The Saitek, on the other hand, constantly loses recognition. If I unplug and replug it it works again but can just cut out any time without warning. It's not much fun when you're flying along and all of a sudden no throttle or any other controls assigned to it! Windows recognizes it as a Saitek X36 as well. I hope someone has figured out how to make this work as I love using the old setup I'm used too. A google search turned up nothing except one guy who is trying to get Dhuminizers old X36 drivers to work in windows 8. He hasn't posted anything else since last July though. Hopefully someone can help me out!
