FPS counter - where has it gone?

I have just come back to CoD after upgrading my video card.

I went into the game and all works great now but when I hit shift-tab it now takes me to a Steam Forum instead of the console.

Anyone know how to get into the console these days?

Go on Steam and disable the shift tab menu
