We are somewhat new to Clod and are learning and honing our tactics and skill level.
We are a very old squad as Squads go some of us 15 or so years with the same group of guys,and gals. We played fighter ace until it went away and have been playing Aces High ever since and have now branched into DCS and Clod. Our website and forum are located at www.twcclan.com (http://www.twcclan.com) There you will find a link to our teamspeak server.

Our thanks to the Atag guys and to the Team Fusion people that have made this simulation possible.

As of now we are seeking new and inexperienced pilots to join with our adult group of fliers. We have a code of conduct and a constitution that we play by with no exceptions.This is a fantastic Simulation with loads of potential and fun. If you would like to check us out we have our own server that you may access via the website. We run both teamspeak and so to cooperate with others in the server yet direct traffic inter-squad also. Just contact any TWC Member or register on our forum and post in the recruitment section of the game you are interested in as we play a few different ones. We fly mainly British aircraft and you can Recognize us as the Large TWC on the side of or aircraft and our individual names on the fuselage. We cooperate with other squads to complete the mission or do our best to stop the axis forces. If you are interested you may PM me here but I encourage you to talk to us on ATAGS teamspeak when we are in game flying the ATAG server ONE of our members is always on so we may better communicate with the battle at hand while directing our squadron on our own Teamspeak server!

I just want to welcome the post and the squad to ATAG server. With much pleasure i notice the income of new players (althought you guys around for quite awhile now), and the growing of squads and interest on CLOD can only make the overall enjoyment much better.

We are always open for new members, noobs and vets alike. For the newer players that we recruit we always help you as much as possible and help you set up with the game.
For the slightly advanced Pilots we have special training courses set up to help you learn as fast as possible and make you familiar with wingman tactics, ACM and all sorts of other helpful tips and tricks to get most out of your plane that will become your very own deadly projectile.
For the vets we just have a great bunch of guys that are always willing to wing up with you and have some fun wile doing it.

TY DB and yes we are the Wrecking Crew from Fighter Ace lots of us here but always looking for new recruits

there is much to learn with this simulation we believe you need to aviate, navigate and communicate first so we teach each new recruit to do those before we throw them into combat. We walk you through your setup and work on the strengths and weakness of the planes we fly.WE have our own forum that stores vast information on this and all other games TWC is involved in.

AS a rule we only fly RED as a group unless we are practicing but also allow our pilots to fly lone wolf blue if they so choose or the number of blue is lopsided.

This is not a dictatorship but a squad that likes to have fun and fly together as a true squad would have in 1941. We fly using ventrilo for inter squad communication and some one or 2 or 3 may also be on ATAGS Teamspeak to direct our squad to help where needed. We try and train once a week 8:30PM eastern time on Tuesday for a couple of hours and are currently working on our own server to do this in. Come talk to us on our own Teamspeak or if you see any TWC_ in the game they will be happy to help you answer any questions you may have about us <S> Fatal

Here is a bump for some great pilots, I also came from Fighter Ace (it was my 1st exp in multi player combat sim), I flew with the SYP squad.

I can vouch for the skills of TWC pilots, Prop and Ace for a start, very fine squad and well organized.

I really enjoyed my time with TWC before I was drawn to the dark side- a really great set of people from all over the place and some real gentlemen (plus Sp00k)

If you're looking to fly the green and brown stuff and don't want to be tied to any particular server, if you want to find at least one squadmate to fly with no matter when you turn up and if you want to have good banter with zero ego - TWC all the way.

Just two tips

Always listen to Fatal

Always land before Sp00k demonstrates his abilities in that regard.... :-)

Fatal or Flug found a small switch setting inside the original code, not previously found elsewhere. Just had two words in it and "On and Off" beside it. It just said, "No Mercy?"

Full realism + some nice effects like bleeding out, night time flights, Death penalty(1 hour), full ground battle that you can affect the outcome, 100's of combinations of missions,4 hour block per multi-mission, moving front lines and AI that will kick your butt to name a few.

For now we are limited to 64 players but there is a lot to do and we are going to open it up to Squadrons only. We have decided to do this because as a single player we believe you will have little chance of accomplishing anything in this server but get some friends together or Join up with a squad and come get some lol. We want everyone to have fun and see if they can do the tasks set forth in the briefings.

Each map has 4 missions that will play out and each map has 30 missions per side in which to just choose 4 so the same mission playing out over and over is not likely (but this is CLOD) and stranger things have happened (just yesterday) So we want squads to come in and have fun Check out the Forum and the Website and play<S> Fatal

24/7,outside views are allowed(better for filming),8hours of darkness per 24 hours(bring your night vision) and now player controlled tanks that can affect the outcome( if you can guess where you are on the map and drive to an ambush point where the artillery or the recon can not spot you lol)
Still open testing So far have seen everything work with 43 players on out of 64. When we do go full scale it will be for signed up squads only, no lone wolf players as this is a simulation and there are no hired mercenaries. I doubt that any serious clod player will fly supposedly "full real" server with this "cheat" setting on. If you want to replace SoW in long term, you need to do better than that.
You can talk about some honor system, but truth is, i dont trust anyone besides my wingman when in the "air"
I doubt we will fly this campaign with that setting "on"

Groove the reason it is on is for filming not to flown in as a "Cheat" anyone caught using such a cheat would label their entire squad as cheaters for that is the way I would view that type of usage. You're worried about the cheat aspect then when you are in we could turn it off server wide as an idea that way you couldn't say anyone was cheating hence eliminating the problem.I have 21 squads interested in flying the server and I have not advertised it on the whole.

ATAG will not share their code for the outside view track recorder and unless it's like turn it off for the campaign and if you send me your trackfile ill load it into the version I have with it turned on and return your completed trac file to you then I will turn it off to solve all those problems.

We need a campaign I have written 27000 lines of code plus for this and am still working out the problems SOW is no more and according to them so is this sim.That is not going to happen on my watch! Thank you for your input as I value it as I do all who try and help, we will try and work this out so keep an eye out.
